One of Questar’s defining capabilities is its handling of large, mega-scale projects.  Aside from our own clients, we do data collection and reporting for some of the world's largest, most prestigious, international consulting firms.  For them, we collect data from hundreds of thousands of people, worldwide, 24/7.  These organizations stake their reputations on the reliability of the service we provide their clients.

Complexity Made Simple

A significant portion of our client base has highly complex programs (e.g., core and unit-specific survey versions, complex hierarchies, multiple languages, appended demographics).  Here are just a few examples:

Client B has 220,000 employees.  Their online survey is in seven languages.  They have complex reporting requirements, with over 500 different groups in extremely complicated reporting relationships.

Client C has a worldwide survey done in a two-year cycle.  Off-cycle years involve 25,000 surveys; on-cycle years involve 100,000+ surveys.  There are eight survey versions in 13 languages, and we provide 8,000 individual manager reports.

Client D surveys over 300,000 employees across 33 companies, each with customized demographics.  The survey uses online methodology and two languages.
