One Size Does Not Fit All

Of course, we have branded standard instruments and analyses.  But Questar’s roots are as a custom survey house.  We believe in the uniqueness of every client.  We do not believe in the “one size fits all” solution, and we don’t try to make you fit into a pre-determined slot.  Instead, we capitalize on best practices and learning from both your years of experience and ours to make the best decisions for you. 

We won’t force content on you.  We won’t make you adhere to specific processes or policies that may benefit us but not necessarily you.

One of Questar’s clear strengths is its ability to create custom survey programs.  In fact, most of our clients customize elements of their programs to their specifications. We get to know you and then work closely with you to design a survey program that aligns with your vision, fits with your culture, and accomplishes your objectives. 

We know that our clients benefit most from outcomes that reflect their distinctive, individual needs.  We also recognize that client needs and requirements often change – and we are widely known for our ability to adapt and tailor our solutions to keep up with those changes.    

Not only are our people highly adaptable, but our technology is designed to readily accommodate modifications to meet our clients’ needs.  Our survey portal can be fully customized with your corporate identification, logo, and colors.  All of our tools are customizable. 

Customized Content

Our consultants and program managers understand the importance of collecting data that will be meaningful and impactful for you.  We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to design a survey appropriate for your special needs.  We’ll tap your internal company resources (including analysis of any previous survey data), external resources (like pertinent research), as well as our internal expertise and our item bank, which includes over 2,500 items in 29 major and 200 sub-topic areas. 

Customized Reports

If you have questions about the type of reporting best suited to your objectives, we can help.  Our experienced staff will help you define your reporting needs, and then design a solution to meet those needs.  Our highly flexible reporting system can report any type of data (descriptive or inferential statistics) requested, and in multiple formats.  It allows the incorporation of multiple years of historical data, from multiple sources, into each report, providing you with information that will make a difference.    

Customized Follow-Up

Questar provides a suite of integrated and customizable products designed to support your follow-up efforts.  Are your people experienced or neophytes in the survey world?  Our training programs are tailored to suit your audience.  They can be delivered by us, by you, or with you – on-site or via Web.  Our guides and presentations can be branded with your “look.”  Our online action planning library can include your unique resources (e.g., internal training classes).  We approach follow-up with the same flexibility and attention to your needs as we do every phase of the program: YOU are in the driver’s seat!
