Questar's integrated web portal creates a seamless suite of user-friendly tools to make your survey process run smoothly and add value to your follow-up. All tools are available 24/7. Click on the Portal Demo graphic on the right to launch a quick overview of our EOS tools.
Online Survey: Questar's web-based interface has customizable screens and is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. We use the information from your HRIS database to send e-mail invitations to all individuals, containing a link to the website and a unique passcode. Once the invitations are sent, the portal is active. Employees can log in and complete the survey at any time.
Online Counts: Our clients have the ability to monitor Web survey response rates in real time mode. This information can help you decide whether to extend or cut off administration, to send additional reminders, or to verify which groups had insufficient responses to receive a report.
Hierarchy Editor: Questar offers an online hierarchy management tool that lets you modify your organizational hierarchies easily. Once your HRIS files are loaded into our system, authorized personnel can use this tool to review reporting alignments regardless of their complexity, and quickly make edits (add, remove, or move individuals and groups) - even during your survey administration.
View Reports: Questar's portal puts all reports at your fingertips. User IDs and passwords ensure that the proper information is accessible only to the proper user. Reports are in PDF format. Once accessed, reports can be viewed, printed, or saved to your computer. Reports are available for 90 days from the report post date.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Our ad hoc reporting tool is extremely flexible. The tool incorporates the hierarchy reporting structure determined by the Hierarchy Editor, as well as all demographic items included either on the survey as items or in the HRIS database. And your ad hoc reports look exactly like your regular reports! Reports can be viewed, printed, edited, saved, or kept online for fast retrieval.
Action Planning: Questar offers a dynamic Action Planning capability that interfaces with a user's survey results. This web-based application allows users to select potential areas for improvement, review specific suggestions, and develop a plan to drive change. Our tool offers a variety of features including a manager review and approval capability that facilitates collaborative improvement.
