Steven Mars
Vice President

As leader of Questar’s Organizational Insights Group, Steve is responsible for the division’s strategic direction, profitability and future growth. Steve provides senior management oversight to the consulting, software development, business development and client services functions. Steve came to Questar in 2007 through the acquisition of Compendium Corporation where he served as Professional Services Manager for five years. Steve has over seven years of expertise in developing and running organizational feedback systems. His experiences include managing key relationships at Questar for organizations like Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Personnel Decisions International.

In total, Steve has over 12 years of extensive project, account and operations management. At Diversified Distribution Systems, Inc. (DDS) he held several different positions including Account Services Manager. Previous to DDS, he spent significant time in sales and customer service for Ecolab, Inc. Steve has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Minnesota.

Anna Erickson, Ph.D.
Director, Consulting Services

Anna leads OIG's consulting team at Questar, working with clients to understand business issues, design research programs, and recommend organizational solutions. She has more than 15 years experience building effective organizations through people. Prior to joining Questar, she was an internal consultant for SBC Communications (AT&T), Best Buy and Personnel Decisions International. She has served as a consultant to such well-known Fortune 500 companies as Dell, Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Heinz Foods, Target Corporation, and AstraZeneca.

Anna is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and a long time contributor to the Psychological Healthy Workplace Program. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, International Association for Applied Psychology, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Organizational Development Network. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Iowa State University; and a Bachelors Degree with majors in Psychology and Business Administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Cathy Dalton
Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager for Questar, Cathy is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a Client Services Team that supports employee opinion and 360 feedback programs for a wide variety of business and non-profit clients. She guides her team through the entire survey process including planning, design, processing/administration, reporting, and program review, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the team. Cathy is very well versed in all aspects of program delivery and is passionate about providing successful solutions for clients.

Cathy came to Questar in 2007 through the acquisition of Compendium Corporation, where she was a Professional Services Manager. Prior to that, Cathy had over eight years of project management experience with BI Performance Services and over six years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control with Hewlett Packard.

Darin Weber
Client Service Manager

Darin manages our Watson Wyatt client delivery team, and is the primary liaison for the client partnership. He provides supervision to the project teams, and monitors internal operations involved in the delivery and maintenance of the organizational research programs.  Darin has a solid understanding and commitment that allows for successful delivery of solutions.

Darin came to Questar in 2007 through the acquisition of Compendium Corporation, where he was a Professional Services Assistant Manager. Darin has been in the Survey Assessment business for over 10 years and has a B.S. in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.

Nancy Harlson
Client Service Manager

Nancy has been with Questar for over seven years and currently manages the client delivery team that is responsible for handling the organizational research projects for Personnel Decisions International and The Forum Corporation. Her team has extensive experience with global survey administration, gathering data in 63 countries and 16 languages. She has directed multiple 360- feedback and employee opinion survey programs for several global organizations.

Prior to Questar, Nancy worked with Northwest Airlines for over 20 years. Her responsibilities as a Manager of Customer Service included crisis management, daily operational planning, employee/customer conflict resolution, customer service satisfaction goals and scheduling a workforce of 1400 employees.

Jeff Caron
Software Development Manager

Jeff leads the OIG software development and maintenance team. This team develops data collection, administrative, reporting, and action planning tools for our clients and internal staff. The team is responsible for all customizations and new software development.

Jeff has been in the Survey Assessment business for 14 years. Prior to joining Questar in August of 2007, Jeff worked for Compendium Corporation where he led project delivery teams and software development teams in his tenure there. Jeff also spent time in Nottingham, England as the general manager for Compendium.
