Questar announces a definitive agreement to acquire Compendium Corporation, a leading organizational research firm.

 

Minneapolis, MN. September 1, 2007 - Compendium will merge with Questar/Organizational Insights Group, a global provider of employee research and multi-rater assessment systems for some of the best known companies in the country.  Both firms are based in the Minneapolis metro area.

Ted Naegeli, Questar President and CEO, said "Our strategic objective for the past two years has been to significantly increase our presence in the Employee Opinion Survey arena and expand our overall business offerings in the EOS space.  Compendium, as a world class player in EOS research, makes a perfect fit for us in terms of added intellectual capital, services and products, and client base."

Although some operational consolidation will occur, Questar's primary business operations will continue to be directed by Susan Jambor, Vice President, Organizational Insights Group and Compendium's Chief Operating Officer Bill Miller will continue day to day management of Compendium's operations.
