Organizations choose to survey their employees for many reasons.  Thus, organizational surveys can take a number of formats.  With more than 20 years in the organizational survey business, Questar has extensive experience deploying and supporting myriad survey types, from employee engagement surveys to specialized surveys on issues like recognition and communication, to leadership development assessments.

QS.Engage: Questar’s proprietary employee engagement survey designed to help leaders understand a wide range of organizational issues that have been shown to be critical to maximizing human capital.

Exit Survey:  Linked to QS.Engage, the Exit Survey can tell you how those who leave your organization differ from those who stay, and help organizations with retention and recruitment efforts.

Excellent Manager Program® (EMP):  A proven leadership development program that is based on the theory of situational leadership, and how employees at differing readiness levels respond to specific leadership styles.
